Ionic Protocol Halts DeFi Lending Operations on June 18 and Urges Users to Withdraw Funds

Ionic Protocol said on June 18 that it has immediately stopped all operations due to expanding security vulnerabilities stemming from issues that emerged in 2025. The DeFi lending protocol urged users to withdraw assets from its deployments as soon as possible, adding the shutdown decision had no alternative and services are now in termination.
