Onchain detective ZachXBT suspects French bank Crédit Mutuel Arkéa is the EU institution behind a hack exceeding $133 million. The bank has about $23.5 billion in assets. ZachXBT first disclosed the attack on November 1 and later found an extra $27 million in withdrawals. He is highly confident the attacker is not Lazarus Group and questioned if the bank fully disclosed the incident.
