UPDATE: U.S. Senate passes housing bill that includes four-year ban on a Fed CBDC, House vote could come as soon as today

UPDATE: The U.S. Senate has approved a housing bill that would bar the Federal Reserve from issuing a central bank digital currency (CBDC) for four years. The measure passed by a vote of 85"15 and now heads to the House, where a vote could take place as soon as today. If cleared, the bill would be sent to President Trump for signature.
