Sharplink Signs Deal to Raise $75M, Plans ETH Reserve Expansion and Share Buybacks

Nasdaq listed Sharplink signed a securities purchase agreement to raise 75 million dollars through the sale of 10,013,400 common shares and warrants. The company said proceeds will support operations, expand its Ethereum holdings, and repurchase shares. As of June 16, Sharplink held 875,776 ETH.
