Ripple launches RLUSD stablecoin in Japan after FSA approval

Ripple (@Ripple) has rolled out its stablecoin, ethereum:0x8292bb45bf1ee4d140127049757c2e0ff06317ed, in Japan following approval from the Japan Financial Services Agency. The U.S. dollar-pegged token is now available on SBI VC Trade for both institutional and retail clients. Japan's three megabanks are also preparing to conduct their own stablecoin transactions within the current fiscal year.
