ICE and OKX to Form 50/50 Venture to Build Tokenized Markets Infrastructure

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), the parent of the New York Stock Exchange, and crypto exchange OKX said they will create a 50/50 joint venture to develop infrastructure for tokenized and digitally native financial products. Subject to regulatory approval, the venture aims to operate as a U.S.-registered broker-dealer and futures commission merchant (FCM), offering access to ICE futures and NYSE tokenized equities markets. Former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo will serve as co-chair.
