Over 1,200 cargo ships carrying about $125bn in goods stranded after Strait of Hormuz closure

More than 1,200 cargo vessels carrying an estimated $125 billion worth of goods have been left stranded following the closure of the Strait of Hormuz, the Financial Times reported.
