Mercado Bitcoin will restore account access starting Monday after a cyberattack that analysts estimate stole over $46 million. Customers can first view balances and holdings on the website while transfers, withdrawals and trading remain suspended pending independent security checks. The exchange will use company funds to cover affected assets and said over $15 million in stolen funds has been frozen.
