More Markets on Flow EVM hit by exploit; 15.5M WFLOW stolen worth $9.3M

BlockBeats reports that on August 31, blockchain security firm Blockaid flagged an exploit on Flow EVM affecting More Markets (More Labs). Blockaid said the attacker drained More Markets' WFLOW lending reserves by combining Ankr's bonded LST (liquid staking token) with the platform's EMode mechanism. Based on Blockaid's monitoring, about 15.5 million WFLOW was moved out of the mFlow WFLOW reserve, with an estimated impact of $9.3 million. Blockaid added that the related transaction cluster also shows post-exploit fund transfers. The final loss figure and the destination of the stolen funds remain under investigation.
