Kalaris Therapeutics shares climb 17.79% to $5.43 after TH103 wet AMD Phase 1a update

Kalaris Therapeutics (KLRS) reported expanded Phase 1a data for TH103 in neovascular age-related macular degeneration, showing that after a single injection 41% of treatment-naive patients went four months or longer before needing retreatment, with some reaching six months. Plasma pharmacokinetics indicated stronger intraocular retention and markedly lower systemic exposure, and the 2.5 mg dose cohort showed no intraocular inflammation. Following the update, KLRS shares rose 17.79% to $5.43.
