Japan’s National Business Corporate Pension Fund targets about 1% crypto allocation starting in FY2026

Japan’s National Business Corporate Pension Fund plans to allocate roughly 1% of its assets to cryptocurrency starting in fiscal year 2026, according to Nikkei. The report said the Okayama City-based fund manages about ¥21.3 billion, or roughly $136 million. It serves around 1,200 small and medium-sized enterprises and more than 20,000 members.
