Solana gains first Japan listing as bitFlyer launches SOL trading on June 24
Solana has secured its first exchange listing in Japan after clearing the country's stringent Financial Services Agency (FSA) licensing process. bitFlyer, one of Japan's largest crypto exchanges, will begin SOL trading on June 24, expanding direct access for both retail and institutional investors in a tightly regulated market.
SOL was trading near $73, rising on the announcement but still about 75% below its all-time high. Separately, Solana's real-world asset (RWA) ecosystem recently surpassed $3B in value for the first time.
