Pirate Chain Exploit Mints 39.8M ARRR and Lifts Supply by 20 Percent

Pirate Chain disclosed an update on its exploit investigation after a validation flaw in its code was found on October 14. The bug let about 39.8 million ARRR be minted without authorization, lifting total supply by roughly 20 percent. The tokens went to the Sapling privacy pool. NonKYC platforms froze related accounts and blocked withdrawals once deposits raised flags.
