H100 Group triples Bitcoin position to 3,506.4 BTC after all-share acquisition of Norway's NSD AS

H100 Group said it has tripled its Bitcoin holdings to 3,506.4 BTC following the acquisition of Norwegian company NSD AS. The deal was structured as an all-share transaction and did not require any cash consideration.
