Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile drop about 6% after SpaceX agrees to buy nationwide low-band spectrum portfolio

AI مارکیٹ کا خلاصہ
SpaceX's agreement to buy a nationwide low-band spectrum portfolio signals a potential new competitive threat to U.S. wireless incumbents. Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile fell about 6% in after-hours trading, reflecting concerns over future pricing power, subscriber retention, and spectrum scarcity dynamics. The undisclosed purchase price adds uncertainty around valuation benchmarks for comparable spectrum assets and potential follow-on strategic moves in telecom.
