Buffett’s Berkshire posts Q2 net income of $25.67 billion as cash falls to $364.7 billion after buybacks and bets on Alphabet

AI مارکیٹ کا خلاصہ
Berkshire Hathaway reported a sharp jump in net income and solid operating profit while deploying part of its record cash pile via buybacks and roughly $20B in equity purchases. The most market-relevant action was an additional ~$10B in Alphabet, elevating it among Berkshire's largest holdings and reinforcing institutional support for mega-cap tech. Berkshire's cash balance declined modestly, signaling incremental risk-on allocation rather than a broad shift.
