Canada signs 50+ critical-minerals deals and unlocks $20 billion as Teck posts 135,900 tonnes of Q2 copper
AI مارکیٹ کا خلاصہ
Canada's government is accelerating critical-minerals partnerships, citing 50+ agreements and $20B of unlocked investment aimed at reducing reliance on foreign supply-chain choke points. The narrative reinforces strategic demand for copper as grids, AI data centers, electrification, and defense build-outs expand. Teck's strong copper output and cash generation highlight near-term supply leverage, though macro cyclicality and execution/regulatory risks remain relevant for metals exposure.
