Paytm faces ₹2,021 crore block deal as Saif Partners and Elevation Capital cut 2.3% stake on July 4
Paytm (ONUS) is set for a block deal on July 4 as early investors Saif Partners and Elevation Capital plan to sell about 2.3% of the company. The offering covers up to 1.49 crore shares, with the total value capped at ₹2,021 crore ($210 million) and priced at a 4.99% discount to the previous close. The sale is a secondary transaction and does not involve any capital raising by Paytm, according to a CNBCTV18-reviewed term sheet.
