Ledger adds native Etherlink Layer 2 support on Tezos and prepares in-wallet staking
On January 30, 2026, Ledger said it had expanded its Tezos ecosystem support by adding native integration for Etherlink, the blockchain's EVM-compatible Layer 2. The move gives Etherlink users access to institutional-grade hardware wallet protections, Clear Signing, swaps, and full account visibility via Ledger's desktop and mobile apps, while future native staking is expected to deepen XTZ delegation and network participation.
