Indian Oil issues tender to charter VLGC for Gulf LPG loading June 30–July 4

Indian Oil Corp (IOC) on June 18, 2026 issued a tender to charter a very large liquefied petroleum gas (VLGC) carrier to load LPG from Ras Laffan in Qatar, Mina Al Ahmadi in Kuwait, or Ruwais in the UAE. The cargo loading window is June 30 to July 4. The tender is IOC’s first Gulf LPG import tender since the U.S. and Iran signed an interim agreement and the Strait of Hormuz reopened.
