Germany plans state-funded Nvidia pact for physical AI

Germany is preparing a state-funded partnership with Nvidia and about 12 domestic AI labs to finance “physical AI” for robots and autonomous driving, according to Handelsblatt. The government plans to provide hundreds of millions of euros in funding, with a focus on training robots and industrial applications.
