Chicago Fed's Goolsbee Warns AI Investment Boom May Be Fueling Aggregate Overheating

Chicago Fed President Austan Goolsbee warned that the artificial intelligence investment boom could overheat aggregate demand and keep inflation elevated. Markets expect the central bank to hold steady at its October meeting but to raise rates again in December.
