Huo Xing Finance reports that a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing shows the SEC has approved a proposed rule change allowing the T. Rowe Price Active Crypto ETF to list and trade on NYSE Arca. NYSE Arca first filed the request in November 2025, and it received final sign-off after two amendments. The ETF's stated objective is long-term capital appreciation. Under normal conditions, it plans to hold between five and 15 crypto assets. As of the filing date, the sponsor has identified the following eligible assets: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), XRP, Cardano (ADA), Avalanche (AVAX), Litecoin (LTC), Polkadot (DOT), Dogecoin (DOGE), Hedera (HBAR), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Chainlink (LINK), Stellar (XLM), Shiba Inu (SHIB), and Sui (SUI). The fund may also hold USDC as operating capital to pay expenses and facilitate purchases, though USDC is not intended to be an investment position.
