National Express owner Mobico set for £308m Spanish takeover

Shares in Mobico rose more than 10% in early trading after the National Express owner agreed to a £308 million takeover by Leita Mobility, a unit of Spain's Autobuses de Leon. The deal values Mobico at about £2.3 billion including debt.
