Nasdaq Drops 5.52% as Semiconductor Index Falls 12.25%, Bitcoin Slips 5.57%

The Nasdaq fell 5.52% and the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index dropped 12.25% as U.S. markets repriced AI and data center risk. Bitcoin declined 5.57% to $75,949.75 and Ethereum fell 7.77% to $2,234.07, with more than $1.03 billion in liquidations across crypto exchanges. The 10 year Treasury yield eased to 4.84% while Brent crude rose 4.88% to $99.24.
