Michael Saylor Says Strategy Bought $100 Million of Bitcoin, Boosted Cash Reserves by $100 Million

Michael Saylor, founder of Strategy, said in a June 15 social media post that the company recently acquired 1,587 bitcoins for about $100 million, lifting its total bitcoin holdings to 846,842 bitcoins. Strategy also increased its U.S. dollar reserves by $100 million to roughly $1.1 billion, adding to its liquidity buffer. The moves underscore the company's approach of continuing to accumulate Bitcoin while expanding cash on the balance sheet to strengthen liquidity and risk resilience. Strategy remains one of the world's largest publicly traded holders of Bitcoin.
