Unlike existing wallet workarounds that depend on third-party services, Frames aim to provide this capability through standard Ethereum transaction flows. The design also supports atomic bundling of steps that must succeed together, such as token-transfer authorization and submission; if execution fails, the authorization is revoked. Frames further allow accounts to set custom approval rules, enabling features such as key rotation or adoption of quantum-resistant keys without requiring users to move funds to a new address. The specification remains in draft form and may change ahead of the Hegotá upgrade. Frames are not yet available for users today.
