Bitcoin slides to $59,400 amid $1.1B crypto liquidation wave
Bitcoin fell to $59,400 as selling pressure hit the market. U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs posted net outflows of $691 million on Thursday, while roughly $10.6 billion in Bitcoin options are set to settle on Friday.
Liquidations across the crypto market topped $1.1 billion over the past 24 hours, led by $875 million in wiped-out long positions. Bitcoin is about 53% below its October 2025 all-time high of $126,080. The token traded between $58,189 and $60,724 in the last 24 hours, and its market capitalization has slipped to $1.18 trillion.
