Binance to Resume Withdrawals in Phases From 06:00 to 09:00 UTC on November 1, 2026

Binance will begin resuming withdrawals in phases between 06:00 and 09:00 UTC on November 1, 2026. The first batch covers 15 networks including BTC, ETH, BSC and SOL, with more to reopen after security checks. Binance says it has restored about 95% of affected reserves, with top ten tokens at 100% coverage, and will bear the full cost of stolen funds while deposits continue normally.
