Binance Sees $3.64B Net Outflow After Withdrawals Reopen

Binance recorded a $3.64 billion net outflow after withdrawals reopened. Users withdrew $4.65 billion against $1.01 billion in deposits, equal to 2.1% of the platform's $171 billion in total assets under management. Binance said withdrawal volumes are stabilizing after an initial spike and roughly 95% of stolen assets have been replenished.
