Meta Platforms seeks $95 billion in largest-ever equity raise to fund AI expansion

Meta Platforms plans to raise $35 billion through an underwritten public equity offering, followed by as much as $60 billion more through an at-the-market program. Nvidia and other parties intend to subscribe for up to $5 billion. The plan would lift the total fundraising to as much as $95 billion.
