Visa reports $7B in annual stablecoin volumes, unveils expanded settlement, tokenized deposits and OpenAI AI-agent payments tie-up

Visa said it is processing about $7 billion a year in stablecoin transactions across its network. The company also announced plans to broaden stablecoin settlement, introduce tokenized deposits, and partner with OpenAI to support payments initiated by AI agents.
