Thacker and Company Limited said its FY26 (ended March 31, 2026) standalone net profit fell 15% year on year to ₹300.54 lakh. Revenue declined 24.1% to ₹232.71 lakh. Citing a capital-conservation approach, the board recommended no dividend for FY26.
