Strategy disclosed in an SEC 8-K filing that it sold 1,638 bitcoin for $104.7 million. It used $52.4 million of the proceeds to pay dividends on its STRC preferred stock and $52.3 million to repurchase STRC. The company said it now holds 842,138 bitcoin with an aggregate purchase cost of $63.5 billion. Strategy also reported selling $290 million of MicroStrategy (MSTR) shares over the same period, while MSTR fell 0.9% in Monday premarket trading.
