Greenlane’s BERA treasury value drops to $16.4 million by Q2 end, 76.6% below $70 million cost basis
Greenlane Holdings said its BERA-focused crypto treasury had a fair value of $16.4 million at the end of the second quarter, versus a $70 million cost basis, leaving it 76.6% below cost. The company recorded a $19.1 million noncash fair-value loss on digital assets, contributing to a quarterly net loss of $24.8 million. Over the same period, its digital asset segment generated $309,000 in staking and yield revenue. Greenlane adopted BERA as its primary treasury reserve asset in October 2025 after completing a $110.7 million private placement.
