Grab CEO and president buy over $30 million in shares after stock hits $2.74 three-year low on Atome deal

AI مارکیٹ کا خلاصہ
Grab's shares hit a more-than-three-year low after announcing the Atome Financial acquisition despite outlining a ~US$900m buyback plan. Subsequent insider purchases by CEO Anthony Tan (~US$30m) and president Alex Hungate added a confidence signal, coinciding with an 8.9% rebound. Near-term focus is likely on deal rationale, capital allocation discipline, and whether the acquisition improves growth and unit economics.
