Arm Holdings shares closed more than 5% lower after AI data centre revenue forecast barely beat estimates

The company expects third-quarter revenue of about $1.54 billion, slightly above expectations. Its in-house CPU is expected to generate $2 billion in revenue in fiscal 2027 and 2028. Its shares fell about 1% in after-hours trading.
