Adani Enterprises reported FY2026 Q1 revenue from operations of ₹32,923.98 crore, up 50% year on year, but swung to a net loss of ₹1,461.54 crore from a profit of ₹976.48 crore a year earlier. The reversal was driven by an exceptional item of ₹2,644.02 crore related to a settlement with the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). The company said the OFAC-related expense weighed on the quarter’s profitability despite continued growth in operating revenue.
