OnePay said in an official announcement that it has partnered with Stripe to launch a stablecoin deposit feature, initially available to select users in the United States. The feature lets users transfer USDC from external wallets or exchanges directly into their OnePay Checking account, where it is automatically converted to USD. It supports 12 blockchains, including Tempo, Base, Solana and Ethereum, and will charge no conversion fees during the initial launch period.

Stablecoin supply has fallen by about $2.1 billion in 2026, easing to roughly $301.6 billion by October 28 from $303.7 billion at the end of 2025, DefiLlama data shows. The total peaked at $315.5 billion on May 17 before sliding. USDT and USDC dropped $5.3 billion and $4 billion, while other stablecoins added $7.2 billion. In 2025 the market grew about 49% from $203.2 billion.

MetaMask has added Stellar as a default network, giving the scalable Layer 1 chain direct access to a broad retail user base. Holders can now reach Stellar without a custom RPC setup, which lowers onboarding friction for payments and tokenized asset use. The integration places Stellar inside one of the most widely used self custody wallets.

US spot Ethereum ETFs have recorded 23 consecutive trading sessions of outflows, the longest streak since their launch, according to Glassnode. The data highlights sustained investor withdrawals from these funds over more than a month of trading.

The Core network remains secure, with consensus, validators, and staking contracts operating normally. CORE staked directly with validators or through other protocols is unaffected. Core is supporting b14g and its exchange partners in tracking and freezing funds. Most of the stolen CORE remains on the Core chain, and exchanges are freezing deposits linked to the attacker. The Binance hacker sold 908,793 PROM worth about $5 million into a nearly empty Uniswap V2 liquidity pool and received only 0.0316 ETH, roughly $71. The swap turned a $5 million altcoin dump into a tiny Ethereum return.

Odaily Planet Daily reported, citing b14g monitoring, that at 17:29 on October 31 roughly 97 million CORE tokens staked through b14g were withdrawn without authorization and sent to an address controlled by the attacker. b14g paused the affected smart contracts as soon as the breach was detected and is working with the Core team, security partners and exchanges to trace the funds, coordinate freezes and support recovery. On-chain tracking shows about 68 million CORE tokens are still sitting on the Core chain, while partner exchanges have frozen roughly 9 million CORE linked to the attacker. b14g said the losses are confined to CORE tokens staked through its platform.

Intersect says Linux kernel flaw CVE202698432 carries a 9.8 CVSS score. The Cardano governance group told stake pool operators to check kernel versions on block production and relay nodes. Some distributions have patched it while Ubuntu is still preparing updates. Intersect urged operators to update and restart servers when fixes arrive and will share guidance via X and the SPO community.
