Japan's Nanto to Build 3.1 GW Data Center Hub Rivaling OpenAI's Stargate by 2028
Nanto city in Toyama prefecture plans to develop Japan's third and largest data center hub with 3.1 gigawatts of power capacity, forming a new complex comparable in scale to OpenAI's Stargate project. Trump reviews Nvidia H200 China exports with 25% fee, signs NDAA investment limits
