Zebec launches real-time USDC payroll on Stellar, linking payouts to Mastercard debit cards in Europe

A real-time digital payroll system has gone live on the Stellar network, enabling employers using Zebec to stream salaries and contractor payments in USDC. The setup can be linked to Mastercard debit cards, allowing workers to spend funds in stores or convert them to local currency. The rollout targets millions of workers in Europe and adds an enterprise payroll use case to Stellar’s network.
