Infleqtion shares drop 4.21% to $10.01 after Global Frontier affiliates distribute 23.25 million shares

Infleqtion (INFQ) shares fell 4.21% to $10.01 on Wednesday after a prospectus supplement disclosed that Global Frontier affiliates made an in-kind distribution of 23.25 million common shares on July 10. The transfer did not involve a new share issuance and Infleqtion will not receive any proceeds, but it shifted ownership from a concentrated holder to multiple recipients who can sell at market prices. Despite a recent “Buy” initiation from an analyst, traders weighed the increased potential for secondary-market selling pressure.
