SpaceX to post financial results and material updates only on its website and X

SpaceX said it will publish quarterly and annual financial results, along with other material news, only on its website and its X account, ending distribution through wire services. The company said it is encouraging investors, the media and others to follow its investor relations page and X account for disclosures. In the same announcement, SpaceX confirmed its IPO underwriters fully exercised the greenshoe option, taking total proceeds to $85.7 billion, a record for an initial public offering.
