Reliance to bring 120 MW of AI compute online by end-2026, targets ‘dramatically’ cheaper AI
Reliance said at its AGM that it will commission 120 MW of AI compute infrastructure by the end of 2026, using NVIDIA GB300 GPUs with capacity equivalent to more than 75,000 H100 GPUs. The company also said it has partnered with NVIDIA, Meta and Google, positioning the project as India’s “sovereign AI backbone” powered entirely by its own clean energy. Reliance added it is building AI services natively in 22 Indian languages and plans to embed AI directly into the Jio network for users.
