Orient Green Power puts ₹21,95,90,940 into Delta Renewable in July 06, 2026 preferential allotment
Orient Green Power Company Limited invested ₹21,95,90,940 in its subsidiary Delta Renewable Energy Private Limited by subscribing to 2,19,59,094 equity shares at a face value of ₹10 each on July 06, 2026. The fifth-tranche preferential allotment keeps Orient Green Power’s equity holding in Delta at 70%. Delta has commissioned a 7 MW AC solar project in Tamil Nadu and is developing a 17.6 MW AC solar project in the state. The company said the investment completes Delta’s preferential issue process and did not require specific governmental or regulatory approvals.
