Lakshmi Finance reports net loss of ₹71.46 lakh in FY26

Lakshmi Finance & Industrial Corporation Ltd reported a net loss of ₹71.46 lakh for FY26 against a profit of ₹357.98 lakh in FY25, driven by a net loss on fair value changes of ₹593.66 lakh. The board recommended a dividend of ₹2.50 per share and appointed a new non-executive Chairman and CFO.
