Crypto sell-off deepens as liquidations top $534 million

Bitcoin and major altcoins slid sharply as liquidations reached $534 million over the last 24 hours. Risk appetite weakened across markets, pushing the Crypto Fear and Greed Index down to 20, in the “extreme fear” zone. ETF flows were mixed, with U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs posting a net outflow of about $68 million on June 22 while Ethereum ETFs saw roughly $66 million leave.
