BSE-listed firms’ market cap tops $5 trillion again as equities add over 6% in four sessions
The combined market capitalisation of all companies listed on India’s BSE moved back above $5 trillion, after equities rose more than 6% over the last four trading sessions. The rally has been supported by a sharp pullback in crude oil prices. The decline followed progress linked to a proposed US-Iran peace agreement, which eased fears of disruptions to global oil supply.
