Asgard Alcobev accepts director Gauri Satish Chiplunkar’s resignation effective June 17, 2026

Asgard Alcobev Limited said it has accepted the resignation of director Gauri Satish Chiplunkar, effective from the close of working hours on June 17, 2026. The company said she stepped down for personal reasons and that there were no other material circumstances linked to her departure. Separately, promoter and managing director Ronak Jain pledged 2,00,00,000 equity shares, or 6.42% of total share capital, in favour of Kotak Mahindra Bank to secure a loan taken by subsidiary CMJ Breweries Private Limited, according to filings with BSE Limited. Prior to the pledge, Jain held 11,89,73,483 shares, or 38.19% of paidup share capital, with no encumbrances.
