Rogers Sugar shares rise 22% as quarterly dividend holds at C$0.09 with about a 5.3% yield
Rogers Sugar (TSX:RSI) reported fiscal 2026 second-quarter results with consolidated adjusted EBITDA up 10% year over year to C$38.3 million and adjusted net earnings up 15% to C$18.6 million. The company said sugar volumes and raw sugar prices weighed on revenue, but sugar segment adjusted EBITDA still increased to C$33.4 million. Rogers maintained its quarterly dividend at C$0.09 per share, implying an annualized yield of about 5.3%. It is also advancing its C$280 million–C$300 million LEAP capacity expansion project, which is expected to enter service in the first half of 2027.
